PIONEER GALVANISED H POST
Commonly referred to as ‘H’ posts, 100UC galvanised steel posts can be used to create a long lasting, stylish, and contemporary looking retaining wall. Easy and fast to install, they are the perfect fit for the Pioneer range of sleepers, and are ideal for use on boundary lines. Also available in 150UC.
The welded Rio Bar extentions have been engineered for use with the concrete sleepers and provided greater strength.
Designed to give longer lasting protection against weather and corrosion, PIONEER retaining posts are strong, long lasting and are hassle free. An easy to use solution for creating solid, aesthetically pleasing retaining walls from concrete sleepers and timber sleepers.
The PIONEER 100UC Retaining Posts are simple to use and comprise joiner posts and end posts which are easily configured. This slim-line look provides a visually appealing finish. As functional as it is beautiful, the system has the strength and long-life of galvanised steel; caters for walls up to 3m high.
Note: Site specific engineering may be required - check with your local council. Walls using PIONEER concrete sleepers can usually be engineered to a have a finished height greater than 3m+.
These 100UC posts are available in various lengths to suits different wall heights and reducing wasted and costs.
Suits 75mm PIONEER Concrete sleepers and can suit 75mm thick Timber Sleepers (100mm with some slight machining). Deep 45mm recesses provide crucial adjustment to get the fit just right, and allows for future shrinkage and movement of timber.
Calculations for post length should be made based on doubling the wall height i.e. for a 90cm [900mm] wall height you will require a 1.8m [1800mm] length post.
